Visiting the website
The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Falkenstein. When you visit, your browser necessarily transmits your IP address, the date and time, the address requested and details of your browser and operating system. The server needs this information to send you the page. We keep no access logs. Hetzner processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. If it concerns an offer or an order, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete your message once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Emails to hello@facundia.de are forwarded to our mailbox by Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Our mailbox is run by HEY, a service of 37signals LLC in Chicago, USA. Your message is stored there, in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Booking a demo
You can book a demo through a link to Cal.com, a service of Cal.com, Inc., USA. Our website loads nothing from Cal.com. Only when you follow the link does Cal.com receive your IP address and the details you enter, such as your name, email address and a note. Cal.com passes the booking to us and enters it in our Google calendar (Google LLC, USA). The video call also runs through Cal.com. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), for Google by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). An email to the address above is enough.
